For Products that arrived damaged…
Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered or damaged in any way. In case you happen to accept such a damaged or tampered shipment, kindly intimate us by sending an email on customercare@netsurf.co.in or calling our Customer Care No: 08069192222 within 24 hours of delivery along with the pictures of damaged products. After investigation, we will offer you a replacement within 10 working days, or a full refund of the money will be processed of the paid amount after the return of the original item(s).

In the rare incident that the wrong Product(s) have been delivered…
Kindly intimate us by sending an email on customercare@netsurf.co.in or calling our Customer Care No: 08069192222 within 24 hours of delivery along with the pictures of wrong products. We will dispatch the correct Product(s) within 10 working days or if the original Product(s) are no longer available we will offer a full refund, upon return of the item(s) delivered due to error.
Products cannot be exchanged or returned for any other reasons except for the clauses (1) and (2) mentioned above.
In order for us to receive Products back undamaged we recommend that you return them in the original packing. We reserve the right to withhold a refund or replacement under following conditions:

All items must be returned in the original condition with the product packaging seal, as sent and delivered by Netsurf Communication (P) Ltd.

Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, used, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company), without the seal or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

Shipping and handling expenses shall be at no charge to the Customer and same will be arranged by Netsurf Communication (P) Ltd.

All requests for return of product have to be placed within 24 hours from the date of delivery. No return requests after which will be accepted & processed.

Once the goods are accepted for return the same shall be replaced within 10 working days except for the clause (2).

All refunds will be made through online transfer within one week from day of request of such refund provided the above conditions are fulfilled.
